Pork Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 cups cold cooked rice
  • 1 cup cold cooked pork, small dice
  • 2 green onions with tops, sliced
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbs oil in large skillet.
  2. Saute onions. Add pork and rice and mix together with onions.
  3. Push rice to the side of the skillet.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon oil and add egg; cook and stir until eggs are thickened.
  5. Stir eggs and rice mixture together.
  6. Stir in soy sauce and pepper and mix.
  7. Cook until heat it thorough.

Cooking time (duration): 25 minutes
