Spinach Cornbread

Ingredients
- 1 (81/2 ounce) box jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach (thawed & squeeze out juice)
- 4 eggs
- 6 ounce cottage cheese
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour into greased 9×9 baking pan. Bake for 30-50 minutes, until done.
