Tuna Fish Sandwich
Recipe type: Lunch
- 2 cans (6 oz each) tuna in water
- 1 medium stalk celery
- 1 small onion
- ½ cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- Drain the tuna.
- Chop the celery and onion
- In a medium bowl, mix the tuna, celery, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Spread tune mixture on bread of choice.
It desired, you can add some mustard, relish or pickle juice
