  • 2 cans (6 oz each) tuna in water
  • 1 medium stalk celery
  • 1 small onion
  • ½ cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  1. Drain the tuna.
  2. Chop the celery and onion
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the tuna, celery, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  4. Spread tune mixture on bread of choice.
It desired, you can add some mustard, relish or pickle juice
