  • 4 Boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 jar or can ( about 14 oz) marinated artichokes, drained
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1-1/2 cups chicken broth
  1. Preheat oven to 350 °
  2. In a skillet, melt butter.
  3. Add chicken and lightly brown.
  4. Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
  5. Place drained artichoke hearts on top of chicken
  6. Add flour to the remaining butter and stir to blend.
  7. Add broth and cook until thickened; pour over chicken.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
