I made this using left over ham from Easter. It was another yummy way to use the left over ham.
Ham Salad Sandwich
Recipe type: Lunch
Serves: 2 cups
- 1-1/2 cups ground baked ham
- ¼ cup onion, minced
- ¼ cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup mayonnaise or more if necessary to make it more spreadable
- In a food processor grind ham to desired consistency.
- In a medium bowl combine all ingredients.
- Place in covered container to chill.
- Serve on bread/roll of choice.
