Ham Salad Sandwich

  • 1-1/2 cups ground baked ham
  • ¼ cup onion, minced
  • ¼ cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise or more if necessary to make it more spreadable
  1. In a food processor grind ham to desired consistency.
  2. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients.
  3. Place in covered container to chill.
  4. Serve on bread/roll of choice.
