<li class="ingredient">3 tbsp thyme</li>
<li class="ingredient">3 tbsp basil</li>
<li class="ingredient"> 3 tbsp oregano</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/4 pepper</li>
<li class="ingredient">3/4 tsp salt</li>
<li class="ingredient">9 (4 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast</li>

<ol class="instructions">
<li>Preheat oven to 350 degrees.</li>
<li>Melt the butter with garlic in a saucepan over medium heat.  When the butter starts to bubble, remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.</li>
<li>Stir the breadcrumb together with the Parmesan cheese, thyme, basil, oregano, pepper and salt.</li>
<li>Dip the chicken breasts in the butter, then press into the seasoned bread crumbs. Place the chicken into a 9&#215;13 inch baking pan.</li>
<li>Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until done and golden brown.</li>

<li>Arrange bread slices in 9&#215;13 baking dish.</li>
<li>Whip eggs, milk, baking powder and vanilla in medium bowl.</li>
<li>Slowly pour mixture over bread, turning each slice to coat completely.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.</li>
<li>In he morning: Preheat oven to 425 degrees.</li>
<li>Coat another 9&#215;13 baking dish with vegetable spray.</li>
<li>Sprinkle blueberries over bottom of pan.</li>
<li>Mix together sugar,cinnamon and cornstarch and pour evenly over blueberries.</li>
<li>Tightly wedge the bread slices over the blueberries, wettest side up.  Brush the bread with melted butter.</li>
<li>Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.</li>

<li>In a small bowl, combine garlic, basil, and pepper; rub all over chicken breast.</li>
<li>In a large shallow dish, blend together oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and brown sugar.  Add the chicken breasts and turn to coat.</li>
<li>Cover and marinated in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.</li>
<li>Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.</li>
<li>Spray grill with cooking spray and preheat to medium.</li>
<li>Add chicken breasts and grill for 5 to 8 minutes.  Turn and continue to grill for another 5 to 8 minutes or until cooked through.</li>

<li>Wrap shredded zucchini in clean kitchen towel. Squeeze to wring out as much moisture as you can.</li>
<li>In a large mixing bowl, combine zucchini and remaining ingredients, except olive oil.</li>
<li>Heat olive oil (enough to cover bottom of pan) in a large skillet over medium heat.</li>
<li>When pan is hot, add about 1/4 cup of the zucchini mixture to the pan, flattening with the back of a fork.</li>
<li>Fry until golden brown on edges.  Flip and fry on the other side until golden brown.</li>
<li>Remove pancakes to a paper-towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.</li>
