Night Before Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients
- 1 pound mild sausage or chopped ham
- 4 slices bread, cubed
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
Instructions
- Arrange cubed bread in bottom of a greased 9×13 baking dish.
- Place sausage over bread and sprinkle with cheese.
- Beat eggs and milk together and pour over bread, sausage and cheese.
- Refrigerate over night.
- In the morning: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until done.
